Q. Are there any conditions placed on returning a product?

A. A product is eligible for return only if wrong product has been received by the customer, otherwise the product will be ineligible for return. The returned product should be in the original packaging, unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging remain intact and in the same condition as you received the product. Every product and package is labeled with a serial number. This serial number must be readable and un-tampered on return. Branded products have a UPC (Universal Product Code). This UPC must be readable and un-tampered on return. Please also ensure that we should receive the product back within 10 days of sending us the request, otherwise the product will be ineligible for return. Incase we receive a product which is ineligible for return then the customer will have to bear the courier charges and the product will be sent back to the customer.

Q. Can I cancel an order?

A. Cancellations are not allowed. Please note that no refunds shall be processed once the payment/part-payment is received against an order in any case. In case of cancellations, no refund will be made for Part Payment orders, the advance amount will be forfeited as cancellation charges.

Q. Can I return a product that is found to be faulty upon use?

A. Some products have an additional warranty period offered by the manufacturer. If after using such a product, you identify any flaw or manufacturing defect, please check the manufacturer’s warranty document shipped with the product and contact them directly (Call Centres/ accredited Technical Assistance centres).

If you are unable to contact the manufacturer, please get in touch with our Customer Care representative. We will be happy to get in touch with the manufacturer on your behalf and facilitate a resolution. (This only applies in cases where the manufacturer provides such a warranty).

Q. How do I initiate a return process?

 A. Send a picture of the item to with the subject line “RETURN” and call us at +91-9213029657 within 15 days of receiving the product.

Q. How do I return a product to SSSCART?

A. To return a product as per our return policy, please log in a request with our Customer Care team, either by sending an email to or calling us at +91 9213029657 (10 AM – 7 PM). Once a return request is authorized and approved from our end, please ship the product, in a transit worthy packaging, safely to our warehouse as per the below mentioned address –

For all return shipments, please send an email to with your order details and the tracking ID.

Please do not return any product without first speaking to a representative at SSSCART. Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process the request.

Q. How long does it take to receive a refund?

A. We will process your refund within 15 business days of receiving the returned product in its original packaging. The refunds period includes time taken to complete the refunds process by SSSCART, but excludes any delays on part of banks/ card issuers, or shipment time in case of cheque refunds.

Q. How will I receive the refund?

A. All refunds will be made in the form of store credits which can be used for future purchases.

Q. What if the packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?

A. If upon delivery of the product, you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our Customer Care team. We will  send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.

Q. What if the product has missing parts or defects?

A. If you received your product with missing parts, defects or accessories, immediately notify our Customer Care team. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

Q. What is the return notice period?

A. SSSCART has a no questions asked returns policy. We will gladly accept back any unused product in its original packing within 15 days of you receiving your product. However the product should not be opened and should be eligible for return.
